Looking for environmental/water companies to provide 6-month internships for our students

Message Classification: Restricted

Dear all,

For those of you who can still remember your polytechnic days, you had your industrial training programme (ITP) lasting for 2 x 8 weeks, 2 x 6 weeks or even 1 x 6 weeks.

You may also remember that you did not learn or do enough in your ITP company because of the short duration.

Good news! Industrial Chemisty will (finally) increased the duration to about 6 months (Mar to Aug), meaning 1 full semester. We are having a pilot run right now for a small batch of students but it will be extended to most students next year (2016).

I am currently looking for environmental/water companies to provide these internships in Mar-Aug 2016.

Please let me know if you are working in such a company. You can give me the details of your company’s contact person if possible. If not, just let me know you are out there. At this moment, I want to have a rough count of the number of possible companies out there.

Thank you

Mr Kwok
