CGS Green Jobs Symposium and Networking 2017, 8 Nov at thebridge

Message Classification: Restricted

The annual Clean & Green Singapore (CGS) campaign is a concerted national endeavour to inspire our people to actively care for and protect the environment as well as to adopt an eco-friendly and socially gracious lifestyle. In 2016, the CGS Carnival was revamped to be closely aligned with the Sustainable Singapore Blueprint (SSB) and showcase the community environmental programmes across the five SSB pillars one of which being A Leading Green Economy.

With a greener economy, this creates new economic and career opportunities in Singapore. This year, in conjunction with the CGS campaign, NEA, Young NTUC, BCA and EDB, are co-organising the Green Jobs Symposium & Networking 2017.  To be held on 8 Nov (Wed), 2pm at thebridge, the session aims to provide exposure to tertiary students and young working professionals on job opportunities in the Green Sector (full event details can be found in the eDM).

If you are keen to organise a group of more than 30 people to attend the event, please contact Mr Ang Jia Da (jiada@ntuc.org.sg; DID: 6213 8092; HP: 9611 7921) to check if you qualify for the complimentary transportation to the venue.
